Board-Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Reaves is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Society of Mohs Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She specializes in medical and surgical dermatology, including the MOHs dermatologic procedure. She is a member of several professional medical groups, including: American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Society of MOHs Surgeons, American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, and Christian Medical and Dental Association. She has authored and co-authored journal articles and has presented cases at various dermatology conferences.

Education

Dr. Reaves attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000, and completed her D.O. in 2004. Her post-medical graduate training includes her Osteopathic Internship at Kingman Regional Medical Center from 2004-05 and one year of Family Medicine residency at the same hospital from 2005-06. Dr. Reaves completed her Dermatology residency at the Midwestern University Dermatology Program at Arizona Desert Dermatology in 2009. She served as Chief Resident of Dermatology from 2008-2009.

Experience

Upon completion of her residency, she worked as an attending physician for two years with Arizona Desert Dermatology. Originally from north Alabama, Dr. Reaves returned to the southeast to build a home and serve the residents of her community. She worked as an employee of Holston Medical Group from 2011-2013 and opened her own practice March of 2013.
